Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: plumbing maintenance (leaks and clogs), door and lock issues, basic electrical (outlet changing, etc), small drywall and painting fixes, and other general maintenance issues that may arise

• Responsible adult willing to provide job references
• Reliable vehicle required
• Most own basic tools
• Most work to be performed during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, but must be on-call for emergency weekend work
• Compensation: $15-20 per hour depending on experience, emergency rates higher
