Within the past month, the Airbnb industry has drastically changed. Many people may think that the spread of COVID-19 means the death of the Airbnb industry, at least for an undetermined length of time. However, we at Rest Easy Happy Valley worked quickly to adapt to the changing market and we now have almost 100% occupancy at our homes for the next 30 days.

Along with the changes to cleaning protocols, including extra disinfecting of all commonly touched surfaces and additional “air out” days between guests, we have now changed our policy to allow long term rentals. Guests are looking for safe accommodations for their families and have been attracted to the family friendly properties offered by Rest Easy Happy Valley backed by our Superhost experience. With many people being able to work remotely, offering properties for monthly rentals attracts a wide population.
